When do we meet?
The workshop will be held via Zoom and recorded for those who can’t make it live on Tuesday, 8/26 @ 6pm PT.
How should I prepare?
Join the workshop from a quiet place where you can lie down, relax, and be free from interruptions for 75 minutes. Wear comfy clothes and have handy a journal, pen, some water to stay hydrated, and anything else that helps you feel supported (pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye mask, etc).
What if I know nothing about astrology or breathwork?
We welcome you with open arms! This workshop is designed for beginner and advanced students alike. It’s the perfect experience for people who want to connect with astrology and breathwork in a practical, supportive, and accessible way, whether you’re a newbie or seasoned pro!
What if I don’t have a specific goal right now - can I still join?
Absolutely. This workshop is designed to help you connect more deeply with your inner wisdom and move forward with more intention, whether you have a clear goal or are simply in a season of exploration. Plus, there will be plenty of guidance and inspiration coming from your coaches. Sometimes the most powerful transformations start with simply showing up, even if you’re not sure what the end result will be!
