Hi! My name is Rachel and I’m here to help you live your best life :)

A little about me — in 2015, I picked up a barbell for the first time, having no idea it would change my life.

Back then, I had barely stepped foot in a weight room and felt largely intimidated by fitness as a whole. But the incredible coaches and programs at The Phoenix Effect gym in Los Angeles changed everything for me. The stronger I felt in my physical body, the more confidence I had to chase my goals in and outside of the gym. Experiencing the transformational power of this work firsthand, I felt called to help others experience this change for themselves, too.

Not only did I learn how to get strong inside and out, I also learned how to heal my relationship with food, break through limiting beliefs, manage stress, and love my body for the first time ever.

Years later, I am now a passionate, empathetic, and energetic coach who has helped hundreds of clients to restore self-trust, find balance, reduce stress, increase body confidence, and build lifelong habits that stick.
